Home Genius Exteriors is looking for driven sales professionals to fill a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer.

Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in home sales presentations, and grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a path to leadership in a supportive team environment.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
