Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated sales professionals to join a full-time W-2 role where up to 90% of work is pre-handled for you. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver compelling in-home presentations to close deals.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and ongoing training. We promote from within and offer a supportive, team-first environment with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Proven sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally.

What You’ll Do:
