Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated closers for a full-time W-2 sales role. 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, and we promote from within through elite training and mentorship.

Meet with pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and grow quickly in a team-first environment with strong commission potential and weekly pay. Local appointments are scheduled based on your residence.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
