Bish’s RV is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team in Kentucky. You will assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RVs, covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, under experienced technicians and managers. Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress and issues with teammates and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
