Job summary

Bish's RV, Inc. is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team in Michigan. You will assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RV systems under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers.

Expect hands-on training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus documenting work and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on-the-job RV training.
• Willingness to pass background and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs with assistive device.
• Flexible to work Saturdays; Sundays closed.
• Comfort working in noisy, dusty environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues with repairs.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
