Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, with on-the-job training under experienced technicians and service managers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay starts at $22+ per hour. The position emphasizes dependable teamwork, safety, and quality work.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50lbs with an assistive device.
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises.
• Flexibility with work schedules;including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with the installation of accessories and aftermarket parts
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues with repairs.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
