Job summary

Bish’s RV Bozeman is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team in Bozeman, MT. You will diagnose, maintain and repair RV systems under supervision, gaining hands-on experience and certifications through our TEC program.

Role involves learning Get Ready, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability and commitment to quality work.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift 25–50 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work in heat, cold, dust, and loud environments.
• Flexible with Saturday schedules (closed Sundays).
• Neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures when using power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress or issues with repairs to team members and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
