Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team in a hands-on role diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RV systems. You’ll work under experienced technicians and service managers to develop skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Pay starts at $22+ per hour with opportunities for training and growth. Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus documentation and safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales and readiness.
• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation tasks.
• Assist with diagnostics, inspections, and repairs of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work and assist with service records.
