Bish’s RV is hiring an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team. You will help diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, under guidance from senior technicians and service managers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training, attend sessions, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship, with growth opportunities within Bish’s RV TEC program.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RV service position with on‑the‑job training.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and procedures when using power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress or issues to teammates and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on RV systems and practices.
