Job summary

Bish’s RV Bozeman is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within the Bish’s TEC program. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality work, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience not required; hands-on training provided.
• Ability to learn RV systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Get Ready tasks and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics and repairs of RV systems.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work and help maintain service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures while using tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress/issues with team and supervisors.
• Attend trainings to stay current on RV systems and practices.

We’relooking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role,you'llassistin diagnosing,maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.You’llwork under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines
• Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work,timelyservice, and a helpful attitude

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
• Assistwith inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with the installation of accessories andaftermarketparts
• Document completed work accurately andassistwith service records.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisorsregardingprogress or issues with repairs.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
