Job summary

Bish’s RV Billings is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include complex diagnostics, post-delivery prep, and mentoring junior technicians while maintaining thorough service records. The role demands readiness for various environments and physical capability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials.

We areseekinga skilled and dependableExperienced RV Technicianto join our dynamic service team. • Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’svision, mission, and core values in all interactions
