Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an experienced RV Technician in Coldwater, MI to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.

You will work independently and as part of a team, mentor junior technicians, and help maintain high workmanship standards while delivering reliable customer service. The role offers training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• Able to pass background and drug test.
• Flexibility with Saturdays; Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials

Whatyou’llbring

• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
