Halff is seeking an entry-level Right of Way Agent to join our San Antonio or Corpus Christi office. You will assist in acquiring real estate rights and easements for infrastructure projects, performing research, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting negotiations with landowners and agencies.

You will receive training and mentorship to grow in the right of way acquisition process, with opportunities for advancement and ownership within the firm.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Right of Way, real estate, land services, or related field.
• Knowledge of title, eminent domain, zoning, and property valuation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with right of way acquisitions of easements and property interests for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct research and due diligence on property ownership, title issues, and encumbrances.
• Support development of right of way strategies and acquisition plans with project teams.
• Assist negotiations and acquisitions through professional communication with landowners and agencies.
• Prepare and review client documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain engineering plans and surveys for acquisitions.
• Track schedules and progress; flag potential delays.
• Accompany experienced agents during field visits and property inspections.
