Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Right of Way Agent for our Corpus Christi or San Antonio offices.

You will support real estate rights acquisitions, engage with landowners and agencies, and learn from experienced ROW professionals while gaining increasing responsibilities. You will work with engineers, project managers, and legal teams to research ownership, prepare documents, and assist with negotiations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Right of Way, real estate, land services, or a related field.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with right of way acquisition of easements and property interests for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct research and due diligence on ownership, title issues, restrictions, and project impacts.
• Support development of acquisition plans in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
• Assist with negotiations and acquisition of real estate rights through professional communication.
• Prepare client documents and review for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client contacts to obtain engineering plans and surveys.
