Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Administrator to join a growing behavioral healthcare platform. This entry-level role supports analysis, testing, documentation, and optimization of Revenue Cycle Management systems and workflows.

The position collaborates with the Senior Systems Analyst, system owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system requirements, perform testing, data validation, and documentation, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s in information systems, health information management, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, or business systems experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing RCM processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the Senior Systems Analyst with system updates, configuration requests, enhancements, and workflow changes.
• Assist with testing system changes, enhancements, and new functionality, including documenting test results and identified issues.
• Perform data validation and assist with reviewing reports to identify discrepancies or workflow-related issues.
• Support application and system troubleshooting by documenting issues and escalating more complex technical matters to the Senior Systems Analyst.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance, and peer review activities.
• Maintain system documentation, workflow documentation, testing records, and process materials.
• Assist with developing and updating standard operating procedures and user guides.
• Support system implementation and enhancement projects through planning, testing, documentation, training preparation, and follow-up activities.
• Work with system owners and super-users to gather information regarding system issues, workflow concerns, and business requirements.
