Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RHIT certification, or equivalent education.
• +2-4 years management experience.
• +10 years work experience in IT or relevant operational department.
• Experience planning and designing complex workflows and full life cycle EHR implementations for large healthcare orgs.
• Strong customer relations and end-user support of information systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote.
• Working knowledge of networking and healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance revenue cycle workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with department and senior management to align IT strategies with organizational goals/objectives.
