The Goodwill of Silicon Valley in Gilroy, CA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist I to learn store operations and deliver friendly service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional customer service, greeting customers and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Responsible for cash register operation, sales/monetary transactions, opening/closing procedures.
• To assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of donated and new product on the sales floor.
• To help maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment and proper stock levels.
• To follow store policies and report observations or non-compliance to management.
