Job summary

Family Dollar in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers with questions, recommend products, and process sales at the register. You will keep the store clean, restock merchandise, and support unloading shipments while maintaining a friendly, safe environment.

This role requires a high school diploma (preferred), prior retail or service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
