Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help with stocking and store upkeep. The role requires interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

The position is part-time and based in Dudley, MA, with duties spanning customer service, merchandising, and basic operations consistent with store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and aid in unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
