Job summary

Impellam Group seeks an entry-level Research Associate to support document preparation and validate land rights for infrastructure projects. You will research title ownership, review drawings, and work with county records to identify property interests.

This role involves coordinating with Real Estate partners, data management of land rights, and occasional on-site meetings after onboarding. A valid driver’s license and notary availability within the first year are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in a related field; HS/GED with experience acceptable.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• ValidDriver'sLicense required.
• Notary Public (can obtain within first year)

Responsibilities

• Perform title/ownership research, review drawings/site plans/legal descriptions, prepare real estate documents.
• Coordinate with Business Partners, Real Estate Reps, Research Specialists, Data Management.
• Submit land rights for indexing and map easements in GIS.
