Job summary

Thompson Law is seeking a motivated Recruiting Assistant in Dallas, TX to support recruiters and hiring managers across the hiring process. This entry-level role offers hands-on HR and recruiting exposure with a focus on organization and candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate records, and ensure timely feedback and communication. Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with full health and retirement benefits available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• 1+ years in roles with high-volume phone calls.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• articulates well in writing with attention to detail.
• Discreet, professional, and well-spoken with strong communication.
• Highly organized and able to meet stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Send interview confirmations and required candidate documents.
• Maintain candidate records, recruiting reports and ATS data.
• Collect and organize interviewer feedback.
• Source candidates for legal support and attorney positions.
• Partner with recruiters throughout the process.
• Ensure timely communication and status updates to candidates.
• Provide candidates with feedback on application status.
