Thompson Law’s recruiting team seeks a motivated Recruiting Assistant to support recruiters and hiring managers through the end-to-end process. This entry-level role focuses on learning HR and recruiting from the ground up, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a strong emphasis on organized, professional candidate interactions.

The position emphasizes coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and providing feedback to candidates, while offering growth within a dedicated personal injury firm

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• 1+ years in roles with high-volume phone calls.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Discreet, professional, and well-spoken with good communication.
• Highly organized with initiative and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and candidate documents.
• Maintain candidate records, recruiting reports, and ATS data.
• Collect and organize interviewer feedback.
• Source candidates for legal support and attorney positions.
• Partner with recruiters throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure timely communication and status updates to candidates.
• Provide candidates with feedback regarding application status.
