Midwest Hose & Specialty is seeking a Recruiting Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This full-time role supports the recruiting process from application through onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will coordinate interviews, manage Paycom data, post openings, assist with onboarding, and maintain confidentiality across multiple company locations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
