Global Edge Group, LLC, an international recruitment partner, seeks an entry-level recruiter in The Woodlands, TX, to grow into a project controls focus. You will combine hands-on recruiting with training to develop sales and account-management capabilities through collaboration and mentoring from the Executive Team.

You will translate client requirements into sourcing plans, engage candidates across channels, screen for fit, and maintain complete ATS/CRM records while building strong

Qualificações

• Typically, 1–3 years of recruitment, staffing, sales, account support or related experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ambitious, energetic, receptive to mentoring and feedback from the Executive Team.
• Willingness and ability to work from the company office in The Woodlands, TX is required.

Responsabilidades

• Translate contract or direct-hire job requirements into clear search and sourcing plans, asking intake questions and seeking guidance as needed.
• Source and engage candidates across channels, building discipline-specific talent pools.
• Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, motivation, availability, and assignment suitability.
• Present accurate, well-qualified submissions reflecting client requirements.
• Maintain timely ATS/CRM records, candidate notes, activity, and pipeline information.
• Build professional relationships with candidates, contractors, clients and internal colleagues.
