Aerotek, a leader in talent solutions within Allegis Group, seeks a Recruiter in Greensboro, NC. You will source, screen, and place candidates for multiple client openings, building pipelines and delivering outstanding client and candidate service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market awareness, and onboarding, with training and advancement opportunities within Aerotek and Allegis Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsabilités

• Identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
• Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Building talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Partnering closely with Account Managers to understand client hiring demands, target skill sets, and market trends
• Developing strong relationships with candidates, contractors, industry professionals, and referral networks
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Managing the onboarding process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Staying informed on local labor market trends and workforce conditions
• Participating in community engagement, volunteer initiatives, and networking events to expand Aerotek's presence and impact
