Job summary

Aerotek, a leading Allegis Group company, is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter. Earn a base salary of $50,000 after the hourly training period, plus a performance-based bonus up to $10,000. After one year, your base salary increases to $55,000.

We seek candidates with customer or sales focus, a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and team-oriented experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA & 401k, and 20 days of PTO plus holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting resources and networking to attract qualified contract employees.
• Screen contractors to verify qualifications (interviews, references, tests, checks).
• Attend career fairs and cold-call schools/organizations to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek systems to track candidates and sourcing metrics.
• Use Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
