Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in Alabama to source, screen, and place candidates for various client needs. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, manage end-to-end recruiting processes, and support onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring demands and market trends.
• Manage onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
