Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify and interview candidates, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through sales-focused activities. The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers and ongoing community involvement.

Initial compensation includes an hourly training period with a base salary of $45,000 and weekly commissions, followed by raises and further incentive opportunities as tenure grows. A strong performance track will be rewarded.

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• G ive back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
