Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in the United States (New York area). The role offers a base salary of $45,000 with weekly commissions and increases to $55,000 after the first year, plus performance incentives.

You will identify and screen candidates, partner with Account Managers, build industry relationships, and contribute to community outreach. Regarding benefits, Aerotek provides medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and PTO with holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred).
• Experience with candidate sourcing and recruiting processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates to match client needs.
• Partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts for referrals and leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities and support hiring teams.

As a Recruiter you will…

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
