HTU in Florida is seeking a results-driven sales oriented recruiter to identify and screen qualified candidates and build relationships with top accounts and markets. You will collaborate with an Account Manager to target skill sets and key segments, while supporting customer service and community volunteering initiatives.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.


• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.


• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
