Job summary

HTU in Minnesota is seeking a driven recruiting professional who will identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after successful completion of hourly training, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• After 1 year, base salary increases to $55,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
