Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for executive and senior leadership positions across the portfolio.
• Build and manage ongoing talent pipelines to support rapid growth and succession planning.
• Conduct candidate screening to assess experience alignment and leadership fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and stakeholder communication across multiple searches.
• Support market mapping and competitive compensation benchmarking.
• Maintain accurate recruiting analytics and database hygiene.
• Partner with Operating Partners to align candidate profiles with value‑creation goals.
• Contribute to onboarding support for executive hires.
