Calculated Hire is seeking a Recruiter who will build strong talent networks and match candidates to opportunities, partnering with the sales team to fulfill client needs.

You will source, screen, and coach candidates, providing interview feedback and setting expectations with both candidates and clients. This role offers rapid growth into a sales-focused track and a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and tackle new problems and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants during projects.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with manager and recruiter support.
