Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience (internships count).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and follow-up ability.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ATS understanding.
• Basic understanding of interview/screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and social media.
• Schedule interviews and phone screens; assist with screening.
• Update job postings and job descriptions using templates.
• Coordinate onboarding and company-wide orientation activities.
• Assist HR communications including the quarterly HR newsletter.
