Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an On Premise Recruiter to attract and screen candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement roles. You will develop recruiting resources, attend career fairs, conduct interviews, reference checks and background screenings, and track hiring metrics.

This role offers a base salary of $50,000 with a potential $10,000 annual bonus and a raise to $55,000 after one year. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, HSA/401k, 20 PTO days plus holidays, parental leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience is a plus.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates for contract, contract to hire and direct placement roles.
• Perform contractor screening to verify qualifications (interviews, references, skills testing, background checks).
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as career fairs and cold calling to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek’s systems to track candidates and sourcing strategies.
