Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter to identify and screen qualified candidates, working with Account Managers to target top accounts and markets. You will build relationships with industry contacts and perform customer service activities while also giving back to the community through volunteering.

The role offers a base salary with commission potential and structured raises, plus benefits including health, HSA and 401K, and PTO, with opportunities for bonuses and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
