Brooksource is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter in the Phoenix area to identify talented candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and connect them with opportunities where they can succeed.

No prior recruiting or staffing experience is required. You will receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support as you build your recruiting skills and professional network.

Responsibilities

• Identify talented candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Interview and evaluate candidates for fit and experience.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and support them through interview stages.
• Coach resumes and prep candidates for interviews.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and clients.
• Support consultants through onboarding and assignments.
• Work toward weekly activity, interview, and placement goals.

What You'll Do

• Build lasting personal and professional relationships with candidates and consultants
• Partner with the sales team to understand each client’s hiring needs and develop an effective recruiting strategy
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
• Interview and evaluate candidates based on their experience, skills, career goals, and fit for available opportunities
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through each stage of the interview process
• Provide resume coaching, interview preparation, feedback, and offer support
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and advocate for them throughout their job search
• Support consultants through onboarding and throughout the duration of their assignments
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working toward weekly activity, interview, and placement goals
• Set personal and team goals through regular coaching and development sessions with your manager
