Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to source and place top IT talent with Fortune 500 clients. You will build relationships with candidates, coach them through interviews and job offers, and partner with the sales team to align on hiring needs.

In this role you’ll manage the candidate experience end-to-end, meet weekly metrics, and contribute to an uncapped commission structure. Join Eight Eleven Group’s culture of growth and collaboration.

• Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and job offers to ensure candidate success.
• Deliver onboarding and post-placement support.
• Meet weekly metrics, including calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
