Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a recruiter to source and place top IT talent. You will build relationships with candidates and guide them through interviews and offers, while partnering with sales to align client needs with talent strategy.

Responsibilities include interviewing, coaching on resumes and offers, onboarding, and achieving weekly recruiter metrics. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role in a collaborative environment with strong growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
