Job summary

Aerotek in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Recruiter who will identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts, perform customer service activities, and contribute to community volunteering initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with customer or sales experience and teamwork skills valued highly.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
