Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support the recruiting department across all stages, from screening to offers. This full-time position focuses on building a pipeline for Behavior Technicians and maintaining strong candidate communications.

Ideal candidates are energetic, outgoing, and eager to contribute to a growing ABA program. Travel to Maryland, Virginia, and the DC metro area may be required, with a strong emphasis on diligence and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ABA or healthcare/clinician recruiting experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone.
• Ability to travel to MD/VA/DC area as needed.
• Must pass MD/VA state and FBI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting pipeline from start to offers.
• Conduct phone screens and provide feedback to the hiring team.
• Review job descriptions for accuracy and sourcing suitability.
• Manage candidate inquiries and respond promptly.
• Extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Attend hiring events as needed and improve the recruitment process.
• Hit growth and hiring metrics.
