Total Quality Logistics is hiring an in-office Recruiter in Pittsburgh to own the full candidate search process and support a dedicated hiring manager. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while leveraging our paid training program designed for recent graduates.

base salary starts at $45,000 with uncapped bonuses; promotions and raises occur typically after six months. This role emphasizes urgency, results, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill positions.
• Generate high-volume candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in the ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
