Role Highlights

– Start on a warm desk with real roles and active clients

You Will Need
– At least 1 year in sales, retail, or another competitive, people-facing role
– Strong communication skills and a naturally persuasive style
– Confidence in face-to-face settings and a desire to learn consultative sales
– Motivation to build a long-term career in recruitment
– A track record of resilience and self-drive
