Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training provided.
• Passion for supporting people affected by addiction is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience with complex needs and challenging behaviour is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with recovery and independent living in the community.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to provide interventions.
• Ensure resident safety and engagement in positive activities; support wellbeing.
• Assist with health and safety, risk management, housing compliance and upkeep of homes.
