Responsibilities

• Lease Review & Administration: Review commercial lease agreements and extract key terms; input and maintain lease data in Yardi; identify discrepancies; maintain organized files.
• Accounting & Leasing Support: Collaborate with accounting/leasing teams to resolve setup and accounting questions; track and process leasing commissions and invoices; support month-end close; assist Leasing Manager with new leases setup and administration.
