Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services, delivering evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. You will be part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building plans and recording session data.

No prior experience required; 40-hour RBT course is offered with full training and flexible part-time hours to fit student schedules or other commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor are essential.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
