Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking people to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior. This is a part-time role with great entry points and paid training, ideal for students or those new to the field.

You'll join a dedicated clinical team, recording data and collaborating with families to improve treatment outcomes. A high school diploma is required, reliable transportation, and you must complete the 40-hour RBT course; minimum

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
