Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services, implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans for children with autism. You will collect session data and work with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

Paid training is offered to help you earn your RBT certification, after which you’ll continue to support clients with ongoing team guidance and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive ABA setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
