Job summary

Siemens Mobility in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking entry-level Train Service Technicians to perform routine servicing on locomotives, coaches, and train sets. You will handle toilet sanitation, water refills, and fuel operations, while supporting the maintenance team to keep trains clean, safe, and ready for service.

The role requires willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, basic mechanical aptitude, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic mechanical competence or interest in learning how to use tools and equipment.
Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
Reliable transportation to the work site.
Good communication skills.
Experience in a similar industrial/maintenance environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform basic train servicing tasks such as toilet system sanitation, water refills, and fuel operations.
Log all tasks, defects, and incidents in the CMMS.
Assist with mechanical and electrical maintenance under supervision.
Follow CMMS instructions and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
Operate forklifts and basic maintenance tools as required.
Adhere to FRA regulations and safety protocols.
