Job Title: Executive Search Recruiter

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

gpac, a family-owned executive search firm with nearly 35 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as an Executive Search Recruiter. We are one of the fastest-growing firms in the nation, with over 400 recruiters.

This is a commission-driven role with an earning potential of 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill open positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates and facilitate placements
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
• Utilize recruiting tools effectively
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare them for interviews
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Consistent outbound activity sourcing clients and candidates
